Responsibilities
* Supervising students in the classroom during the absence of a teacher.
* Ensuring students are on task and engaged with their work.
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with the schools policy.
* Delivering pre:planned lessons across a range of subjects.
* Providing support and assistance to students as needed.
* Reporting any issues or incidents to the relevant head of department.
* Maintaining a safe and tidy learning environment.
* Fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere in the classroom.
* Adhering to the schools policies and procedures.
* Acting as a positive role model for students.
