HERO WILL HAVE - Experience in event planning, event sales or a guest?facing hospitality roleStrong organisation, communication and negotiation skillsConfident working with systems and producing contracts/proposalsCustomer?focused with great attention to detailPassion for events, hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -Manage allocated events from handover to post?event follow?upLiaise with clients, advising and supporting them throughout the planning processProduce accurate Event Orders to brief operational teamsCoordinate pre?event meetings, site visits and showroundsUpsell resort facilities to maximise revenueBe on?site during events to ensure smooth deliveryManage post?event surveys, debriefs and final invoicingUse systems such as Delphi to record client activity and event details BE
