We are recruiting for an exciting Hospitality Experience & Activations Lead opportunity within a premium corporate hospitality environment in Central London.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for delivering engaging hospitality experiences across a busy corporate site serving up to 800 guests daily.
Working closely with the General Manager and client stakeholders, you will take ownership of themed activations, supplier management, event delivery, space transformation and guest engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
âś” Plan and deliver hospitality activations, seasonal campaigns and themed events
✔ Manage external suppliers and vendors including décor, floristry, prop hire, entertainment, print and equipment providers
âś” Source products, negotiate costs and manage budgets
âś” Coordinate logistics and operational delivery from concept through to execution
âś” Present proposals, budgets and activation plans to senior stakeholders and clients
âś” Manage the hospitality marketing and events calendar
âś” Lead on-site set-up and implementation, ensuring high standards and attention to detail
âś” Respond effectively to last-minute client requests and changing priorities
âś” Analyse guest feedback and continuously improve the hospitality experience
âś” Support and develop a junior team member
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates from hospitality, events, catering, hotels, workplace experience or premium customer-facing environments.
You will have:
âś” Experience managing suppliers, contractors and external vendors
âś” Experience delivering events, activations or guest experiences within hospitality environments
âś” Strong project management and organisational skills
âś” Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and obtaining quotations
âś” Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
âś” Excellent Excel and administrative skills
âś” A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get involved in delivery
âś” The flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment
