Service Delivery Director – ITIL, CSAT, SLA, SC ClearanceUp to £600 per day (Inside IR35)South of London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)6 MonthsMy client is a large International Consultancy who are hiring for a Service Delivery Director with excellent knowledge of ITIL, experience in CSAT and managing as well as delivering to SLAs, to work closely with a key end customer.Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Service Delivery Director within large,plex environments
2. Demonstrable experience of leading and managing multiple teams of Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), partners and International delivery teams
3. Exceptional ITIL knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes
4. CSAT and Service Relationship experience
5. Proven experience of managing and delivering to SLAs
6. Contract Management
7. Exceptional knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management principles and processes
8. Expertise in establishing, fostering and maintaining a continuous Service Improvement culture
9. Flexible approach towards hybrid working
10. Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC)
