The Opportunity As a Senior ‘Digital’ Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, developing, and executing visually captivating designs across various digital and traditional media platforms. You will lead creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that all design work meets client specifications, adheres to brand guidelines, and is aligned with marketing and business objectives. Your expertise in digital design will drive consistency and creativity, ensuring that each visual element contributes to a unified brand experience. A critical component of your role will be the use of Figma as a central tool in your design workflow. Key Responsibilities Own the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all work meets client specifications, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives. Use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools to create impactful designs, wireframes, prototypes, and manage design systems for web and mobile platforms. Develop a strong understanding of Bioscript Group’s processes, industry guidelines, and relevant legislation to ensure all projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Adhere to established design standards and procedures, ensuring consistency in all design outputs and seamless integration of feedback and iterations. Effectively handle several projects at once, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities to deliver high-quality designs on time. Proactively communicate any potential issues to colleagues or your line manager to ensure timely resolution. Take ownership of your time management and flag any capacity or bottlenecks to senior colleagues for efficient resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with teammates through clear and open communication About You Extensive Digital Design Experience with proven ability to conceptualise, develop, lead on and execute visually captivating designs across digital and traditional media platform. Advanced Figma expertise Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs aligned with client and business objectives. Familiarity with industry guidelines, codes of practice, and relevant legislation, ensuring all design outputs meet quality standards and comply with client and internal requirements.
