Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant – Europe ENERGY

We’re seeking a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Europe Energy team, delivering recruitment solutions across multiple disciplines within Oil & Gas and the Energy Transition markets.
This role offers full ownership of your desk, the opportunity to partner with leading multinational clients, and the ability to build long‑term, strategic relationships through the impact of your placements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Specialist Talent Delivery: Identify, engage and place highly skilled energy professionals into senior and hard‑to‑fill contract positions locally and internationally
Advanced Talent Attraction: Utilise sophisticated sourcing strategies including Boolean search, targeted headhunting and detailed market mapping
Building Long‑Term Talent Networks: Develop and nurture strong candidate relationships to maintain a high‑quality, engaged talent pool
Client Partnership Development: Establish trusted client relationships through regular communication, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings
Consultative Recruitment Solutions: Gain a deep understanding of client technical, regulatory and commercial needs to provide tailored recruitment supports
Compliance & Delivery Excellence: Ensure all recruitment activity meets NES Fircroft quality standards, industry regulations and client‑specific compliance requirements

Commercial & Client‑Focused Mindset: Comfortable developing and growing existing client relationships while promoting NES Fircroft solutions
Strong Communication Skills: Confident, professional communicator across all seniority levels
