As the Personal Assistant to the Director and Leadership team of Business Energy you will provide functions and support to ensure the leadership team can effectively and efficiently run the business operations. This is an exciting role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Diary and Travel Management - Coordinating diaries, meeting invitations, room and facility requirements and travel bookings. Meeting Management – Ensuring agendas, pre-meeting material and actions collated, complete and issued ahead of meetings. Attendance, contribution and minute taking at a variety of meetings, ensuring timely completion of post meeting actions. Collation and production of internal weekly and monthly reports. Preparation of internal and external communications on behalf of the Leadership team, where required liaising with internal and external communication teams. Administrative support and assistance with additional duties such as, managing holiday, absence, recruitment, training and compliance records. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: Previous experience in a similar role. Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams as a minimum. Great organisation skills including the ability to prioritise and manage complex schedules. Interpersonal and listening skills to understand the needs of others.
