Commercial Lead - Permanent - Cheltneham - Up to £65,000 per annum - Hybrid Working - Compressed Fortnight - SC Clearance
The Commercial Lead is responsible for commercial and contracts management activities on specific multi-million pound contracts supporting Defence & National Security customers, as well as supporting the wider Commercial team on other existing contracts and opportunities for programmes spanning multiple sectors, including those within Cyber, Maritime and Aerospace.
Responsibilities:
* Commercial point of contact for key multi-million pound contracts, both pre and post signature, predominantly supporting Defence & National Security customers, including influencing key stakeholders on various Commercial topics* Understand the impact of changes to existing contractual terms and conditions and lead programme teams in ensuring such change is accounted for in priced proposals* Prepare and negotiate on contracts terms, licence terms, scope and pricing, recognising the risk trade-off.
