£Are you an experienced Talent acquisition or recruitment specialist looking for a role where you can contribute to the rapid growth of an internationally recognised travel group?
We Do Group are delighted to be supporting one of the worlds largest travel businesses as they build out new operations and talent teams based from their UK HQ.
This is a brand new role which will lead on the recruitment, sourcing and talent pipelining of operational staff across the businesses EMEA operations, supporting hundreds of hires per month.
Experience of direct talent sourcing in industry or agency
Prior experience working in high volume recruitment campaigns
Experience recruiting operational staff in the maritime, engineering, oil & gas, travel, hospitality or off-shore sectors would be highly advantageous but isn't essential.
The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Sources candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, talent pools, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
Builds and maintains proactive talent pipelines for critical shipboard roles, ensuring a consistent flow of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
Executes targeted recruitment campaigns for emerging talent, new builds, and hard-to-fill roles.
Posts job advertisements across multiple platforms and ensures visibility in key talent markets.
Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and hiring forecasts.
Partners with the recruitment team to identify sourcing gaps and recommend strategies to improve talent supply.
Develops partnerships with universities, industry organisations, and government agencies to support strategic talent sourcing initiatives (e.g., Provides market insights and analysis, including hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitor benchmarking, to optimise recruitment strategies.
Maintains accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensures proper documentation of all recruitment activities.
Prepares and analyses productivity reports, sourcing metrics, and talent pipeline dashboards to track sourcing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational business goals are consistently met.

Ideally you will have had 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience working on roles internationally.

35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including pension, healthcare, free holidays and heavily discounted travel opportunities. This role is in office 4 days per week initially. The office is easily commutable by public transport and offers on site parking.
