Supervisor – Leeds Trinity (16 hours) is a part‑time role at Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™). This position offers an opportunity to lead the in‑store experience, mentor advisors, and drive performance in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
• Interact directly with customers to deliver the Rituals brand experience.
• Mentor and support Rituals Advisors to reach personal and store goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve performance targets.

* Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader within retail or hospitality.
* Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
* A customer‑service mentality and team‑player work ethic.
* Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
