Role Overview As a Customer Account Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for a broad range of customers, helping to manage accounts, process enquiries and orders, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and commercially focused. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers Handling inbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner Discussing pricing, quotes, and tenders with confidence and clarity Accurately processing customer orders and tracking them through to delivery Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to business growth Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong understanding of products and pricing What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with energy, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping customers.
