A busy and well-established GP practice in Sedgley, Dudley serving approximately 12000 patients is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice and Business Manager. The successful candidate will oversee finance, governance, and operational management while working closely with GP partners and the leadership team. Main duties of the job
As Practice Manager, you will ensure services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Service improvement and patient experience initiatives.
* Oversee practice finances, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with NHS regulations, governance requirements, risk management and quality standards.
* Drive service improvement initiatives and enhance patient experience.
* Support workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
* Work collaboratively with GP Partners and the wider leadership team on strategic planning and practice development.
* Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

We are a busy, established friendly, supportive training practice with a multidisciplinary team including three GP Partners, three Salaried GPs, two Advanced Nurse Practitioners, one Advanced Nurse specialist, Practice Nurses, Assistant Practitioner, Paramedics, GP Assistants, and a dedicated administrative and management team.

Experience
* We are seeking someone who can demonstrate -
* Previous management experience within primary care or healthcare setting.
* Strong leadership, operational and people management skills.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in financial management and budget oversight.
* Knowledge of NHS primary care operations, governance, and regulatory requirements.
* The ability to lead change, improve services, and motivate teams.
