Company Overview:
Well-established and dynamic electrical services company based in Bromsgrove. With a focus on industrial and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team.
Job Description:
As an Electrician, you will be working on industrial and commercial sites, providing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services. This role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to work independently, often at different locations across the UK. You will be expected to work away from home for 5 days a week, with accommodation and travel expenses provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within industrial and commercial settings.
* Duct work fitting.
* Working on large-scale electrical projects in line with health and safety regulations.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Ensuring that all work is completed within specified timescales and to the highest standards.
* Communicating effectively with clients and site managers.
* Keeping accurate records of work completed and maintaining safety documentation.
* Working away from home Monday to Friday, with accommodation provided.
Requirements:
* Valid Gold ECS card.
* Knowledge of the water or construction industry.
* Previous experience in an industrial or commercial electrical environment.
* Knowledge of electrical regulations (18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Full UK driving license.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work away from home (Monday to Friday).
