Key Responsibilities
* Attend client and internal briefing meetings
* Liaise with clients as required
* Cost and manage multiple projects at the same time
* Price and agree contract variations in a timely manner while maximising entitlement
* Understand and make allowances for compliance requirements
* Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value
* Prepare detailed cost plans in line with project briefs
* Carry out surveys to support design and quantification
* Assess how project progress impacts overall cost
* Provide cost advice to support project decision-making
* Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by management
Skills and Experience
* Construction industry experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly organised approach to work
