The Payroll Delivery Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the payroll function at ISS UK, focusing on the day-to-day administration of payroll data input and performing control checks for the fortnightly payroll cycle.
Job Description
This role involves manual data entry, including rekeying information, where a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential to ensure data integrity.
This position offers a flexible work arrangement, requiring in-office attendance three days a week, with the option to work from home for the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities
* Inputting starters, leavers, and changes data into the payroll system via Time & Attendance for fortnightly employees
* Conducting validation checks on all input data
* Administering hourly timesheet manual input
* Inputting additional hours into the time system
* Recording absence data for hourly employees
* Supporting the Payroll Delivery Manager with ad hoc duties during critical periods of the payroll process
* Delivering a high-quality payroll customer service experience
* Ensuring seasonal adjustments are processed accurately
* Processing Agenda for Change (AfC) terms and conditions
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
* IT proficient (including Excel and Outlook); confident in handling and working with data
* Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team
* Awareness of data privacy and securely handling of employee data
* Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
