PART TIME CARETAKER
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Weeks: 52 weeks per year
Holidays: 25 days per year, plus bank holidays
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Scale Point 5, £15,448 per annum (actual)
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking to recruit a part-time caretaker to support the Premises Manager. The role involves a range of duties including security, site supervision, and basic maintenance tasks. We are looking for a committed, proactive, and efficient individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
