We're currently seeking an experienced and reliable Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join one of the UK's leading and most well-established building services and facilities maintenance providers. This is a full-time, permanent position covering commercial office buildings Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of a wide range of HVAC and air conditioning systems, working to ensure comfort, safety, and compliance across modern commercial environments.

Duties:
* Deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for commercial HVAC equipment
* Carry out A/C works including minor projects and refurbishments
Fault-find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units and systems, and associated plant/components
* Work on systems including: Single & multi-splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX units, CRAC units
* Carry out tasks such as: Replacing compressors and condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering, etc.
* Liaise with subcontractors where necessary
* Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date
Requirements:
* F-Gas Category 1 certification (Essential)
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Minimum of 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining various types of AC systems on commercial sites
* Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Benefits:
* £42,000 - £46,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
