As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the UK. This includes newbuild schemes, refurbishments, building engineering services upgrades, fabric improvements and energy/environmental initiatives. You will manage the full project lifecycle from inception and design through procurement, construction and handover. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget and to the highest standard.
This is a hands:on role that supports our strategy to increase inhouse capability, insource key delivery activities and achieve better value across our estate. With projects based in a variety of national locations, and on:site presence and travel is expected, but your base location is flexible. A full UK driving licence is required.
