Location: Broadway, Worcestershire
Salary: £38,000–£39,000 + approx. £3,000 in tips
Schedule: 4.5 days/week (5 during peak periods)
Accommodation: Live-in available

About the Role
Join a highly regarded country house hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, known for its seasonal menus, outstanding service, and a dedicated 2 AA Rosette kitchen. We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to take ownership of the pastry section and contribute to an evolving fine dining offering.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the pastry section day-to-day
* Create and execute a variety of plated desserts, afternoon teas, breads, and viennoiserie
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on new seasonal pastry concepts
* Ensure consistency and quality across all pastry offerings
* Train and develop junior team members
* Support general kitchen operations where needed

Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in rosette-level or fine dining pastry kitchens
* Previous experience in a similar Pastry Chef or senior pastry role
* High-level pastry skills and strong attention to detail
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
* Multi-skilled across various kitchen sections is advantageous
* A strong communicator and team player with a calm, professional approach
