Supporting on an internal service inbox Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution. Uploading Information into Customer Portals. Co-ordination and support Account Managers. Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams. Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams. Reactive renegotiation of accounts. What will make you stand out?
