Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Support the academic and personal development of pupils through innovative, inclusive teaching strategies. Create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment. Track and assess progress, using data to inform and adapt your teaching. Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider school staff to provide holistic support. Contribute to a positive school culture focused on learning, wellbeing, and growth. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching Maths at KS3 or KS4 level (SEND experience is an advantage but not essential). A strong understanding of differentiated teaching approaches. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A genuine passion for working with children who require a more personalised learning journey. What's in It for You?
