We’re offering a unique opportunity for a trade professional to step into a full time teaching role and help train the next generation of skilled workers. This is more than your standard job - it’s about passing on your expertise and making a lasting impact on young tradespeople.
You’ll be working with learners who are eager to build their futures, and you’ll play a vital role in guiding them with the practical knowledge and real-world insight that only a professional with hands-on industry experience can provide.
You don’t need to have teaching experience to apply. All you need is a passion for your trade, a commitment to high standards, and the drive to inspire others. We’ll support you with the training and development you need to succeed in the classroom.
As our Lecturer in Brickwork / Multi-Skills, you’ll deliver hands-on, high quality teaching and assessment in brickwork and multi-skills. You’ll help students set and achieve personal goals, track their progress, and ensure they’re equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive in the construction industry. You’ll also contribute to the development of course materials and ensure that all assessments are completed on time and to a high standard.
This is your chance to make a real impact, not just on individual learners, but on the future of the trade itself.
Why Make the Move to Teaching?
If you're coming from a trade background, you already bring invaluable real-world experience. Teaching offers the chance to pass that knowledge on to the next generation - and while the pay may differ from industry rates, the overall package is hard to beat
