Food Safety Officer - Lancashire Local Authority Contract: 6 months (with potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP A local authority in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Food Safety Officer to provide interim support to their Environmental Health team. This role will focus on ensuring food businesses comply with statutory requirements to protect public health.
