Offer description

Epos Now is a cutting-edge, cloud-based business operating within the payments and POS space, powered by a global team supporting customers across 8 countries. Our values are simple: we are dynamic, human, honest, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

We're now looking for a highly driven PR & Brand Associate to work closely with our CEO, COO and CPO, helping to shape and execute our PR and communications strategy. This is a rare chance for a top-performing graduate to learn directly from senior leaders, gain real ownership and create meaningful impact from day one.

The Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to launch your PR and marketing career in a high-growth environment. You'll support the development of our communications strategy, build relationships with the media, shape our brand voice, and help manage how Epos Now shows up in public.

You will have strong writing skills, a sharp eye for opportunity, and a proactive approach to learning. If you're ambitious, curious, and keen to get stuck into real work—not just observing—this is the role for you.

Public Relations & Brand Support

* Support the execution of Epos Now's PR strategy across all markets.
* Help define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across channels.
* Assist in creating and coordinating press releases for product launches, customer stories, appointments, and more.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on written and visual content.

Media Outreach & Engagement

* Build relationships with journalists, trade media, and publications to increase brand visibility.
* Identify opportunities for our leadership team to be featured in articles, interviews, and events.
* Support the creation of SEO-aligned PR content.

News Commentary & Thought Leadership

* Monitor relevant industry news and trends, identifying opportunities for timely responses and commentary.
* Assist internal stakeholders in shaping external messaging.

Case Studies & Awards

* Help deliver customer case studies, including interviews, photography and video requirements.
* Support awards submissions and promote award wins across internal and external channels.

Hero of the High Street

* Assist in producing quarterly insight reports focused on retail and hospitality trends.
* Help ensure reports are published, promoted and repurposed across PR channels.

Events & Influencers

* Support planning and delivery of trade show activity, including logistics and post-event reporting.
* Assist in coordinating webinars, panels, or customer events.
* Help research and explore potential influencer partnerships.

General Responsibilities

* Act as a key support contact for inbound media enquiries.
* Prepare monthly PR performance updates including media coverage, backlinks and leads.
* Keep internal teams informed on published PR content and key activity.

Success Measures

* Support delivery of at least 1 press release every two weeks.
* Contribute to achieving at least 2 pieces of monthly coverage in Tier 1 or Tier 2 publications.
* Assist in producing 1 customer case study per quarter.
* Contribute to at least 1 award win per quarter.
* Support execution of at least 4 trade shows in the first year.
* Support regular publication and promotion of quarterly Hero of the High Street reports.

Skills & Experience

* First-class degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field (required).
* Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
* Passion for media, communications and storytelling.
* Understanding of or interest in SEO, digital PR, and brand awareness.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator able to build rapport internally and externally.

Personal Attributes

* Highly motivated with a proactive "can-do" mindset.
* Eager to learn quickly and take on real responsibility.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving.
* Confident representing the brand externally.
