Senior Civil Enforcement Officer - Stevenage - 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 - £29,093.51 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Civil Enforcement Officer in Stevenage. Civil Enforcement Officers are responsible for ensuring that all drivers follow parking regulations on public streets and in car parks. They play a vital role in keeping our roads moving and ensuring public safety. This role will assist in managing a team of Enforcement Officers, enforcing traffic and parking regulations to maintain smooth traffic flow and safety.
What will you do?
1. Ensure all known and agreed policies are followed, setting a good example.
2. Deploy the correct number of Civil Enforcement Officers as per service levels and contractual conditions.
3. Manage Requests for Actions effectively.
4. Review, monitor, supervise, and direct staff according to contract requirements.
5. Train staff in their job roles and health and safety procedures.
6. Maintain attendance levels within your teams.
7. Communicate relevant information to all staff members.
8. Prepare performance reports as required.
9. Attend training courses to ensure contract standards and quality are maintained.
What will you bring?
* At least one year’s experience in a managing role within parking or customer service industries.
* Knowledge of traffic management act 2004 and other parking legislation.
* Ability to organise and motivate large teams.
* Experience in creating reports.
* Excellent personal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* A Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
