Senior Sous Chef Up to £28,500.00, dependent on experience Permanent - 35 hours per week Eastbourne As a Senior Sous you will assist with leading the kitchen team, cook food for our students and the wider academic community.
You will assist our Catering Manager with a range of tasks, creating varied menus, training and leading the kitchen team, ensuring compliance with all aspects of food and hygiene safety.
Key Responsibilities: Menu preparation and costing.
Assist with the management of stock, orders and inventory Process orders in the absence of the Catering Manager Team schedules and training Always maintain compliance, Food Safety & Health & Safety Essential Skills & Experience: Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate NVQ L3 or equivalent in Catering & Hospitality Ability to work under pressure Comprehensive knowledge of COSHH and Food Safety Regulations Available to work a range of shifts, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings as required Leadership skills Twin Group is an award-winning provider of education, travel, work experience, accommodation, and employment services.
