We are welcoming applications for a full–time Practice Lead post. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cannock Adult Social Care Community Teams. The successful candidate will work closely with other Practice Leads and the Operational Service Delivery Lead (OSDL) to develop a responsive service for service users, carers, and the ASC community teams.
Main Duties of the Job

The successful applicant will work closely with the Leadership Team and will be supported in managing performance, budgets, and team development. The role requires an experienced practitioner with in-depth knowledge of safeguarding, complex case management, crisis response, and a passion for supporting team development and promoting excellent practice.
