Daily Duties
7. Lead and manage high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
8. Produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
9. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
10. Attend client meetings and site visits
11. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and design coordination
12. Support and mentor junior team members where required
13. Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards
Ideal Candidate
14. Qualified Architect with proven high-end residential experience
15. Strong technical ability and detailing knowledge
16. Experience managing projects from concept to completion
17. Excellent communication and client-facing skills
18. Experience in Vectorworks would be highly beneficial
19. Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
20. Organised, proactive, and confident working within a collaborative team
21. Passionate about high-quality residential architecture and interiors
