Description Key responsibilities and duties: Provide Tech Support to Operations Teams Provide Tech Support to Customer Service team Provision Engineering based reporting such as Material Review Boards and customer condition reports Non Conformance Investigations and corrective actioning Monitor Publications updates and transfer appropriately to ERP system Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals. Competencies: (e = Essential / d = desirable) Core: Engineering team background (d) Technical background in an Engines MRO (e) Previous Experience on TFE or HTF Honeywell Engines in a technical environment (d) Functional: Previous Aviation MRO experience Strong IT skills Previous ERP system operating experience Organisational Relationships: Key interfaces with: Line Manager Engineering team members Customer Service Team Operations Team(s) Professional Qualifications/Education and Training: Aeronautical Engineering Degree (Desirable) Aeronautical Engineering qualification or indentured Apprenticeship (Essential) Experience: Previous Experience in a similar role or within a technical role within the Aerospace industry This is not an exhaustive list and from time to time additional responsibilities may be provided directly from your Line Manager
