We’re recruiting a dynamic Conference & Banqueting Manager to orchestrate seamless weddings, corporate retreats, gala dinners, and exclusive celebrations for up to 300 guests across stunning indoor and outdoor spaces.

* £38,000–£42,000 per annum (experience-dependent)

Your Mission
* End-to-end ownership of all conference and banqueting operations—from enquiry to post-event follow-up
* Craft bespoke event proposals, upsell premium packages, and maximise revenue
* Lead, train, and inspire a 30-strong events team to deliver flawless execution
* Coordinate with award-winning chefs, sommeliers, and external suppliers
* Maintain impeccable health, safety, and licensing standards
* Build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business
Your Profile
* Minimum 3 years in C&B management within 5-star hotels, luxury venues, or Michelin-level properties
* Proven track record in high-volume, high-value events (£50k+ per function)
* Exceptional financial acumen—budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Polished communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Opera/Sales & Catering software proficiency a plus
