We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight to support decision-making, investment planning and project delivery. You will be working closely with the Finance team of a Housing Association based in Birmingham. Key responsibilities • Partner with budget holders to provide robust financial advice and challenge • Produce and review management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis • Support business cases, investment appraisals and project accounting • Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned areas • Present financial insight in a clear, practical way to non-finance stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in financial controls, processes and reporting About you • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) • Experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills • Confident working with large data sets and translating numbers into insight • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis) • Comfortable working autonomously and to tight deadline
