Overview
I am recruiting for an established specialist construction business on a number of new schemes around Oxford. The company are a specialist contractor in bespoke design and build of new properties as well as listed building refurbishments and remodelling schemes. Their growth and success over the last 10 years has been remarkable, but they still retain a family feel in terms of values and how they treat staff, clients and the wider supply chain. They work on referrals and negotiated schemes and are with the client every step of the way, offering advice, support and finding new and innovative ways of working.
