Please note, this role involves working weekends, sleepovers, mornings, and evenings, so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities of the Residential Worker:
* Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children’s social care - desirable as full training is provided)
* Helping children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs
* Being an appropriate role model
* Demonstrating a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience
* Encouraging positive life experiences for children
* Building rapport effectively
