CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WITH SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN BIRMINGHAM
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham B31
Hourly Rate: £14-18 Per Hour
Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.
Overview for Customer Service Advisor role:
Customer Care Advisor responsibilities:
Contact residents to schedule property surveys.
Accompany surveyors to sites to assist in conducting surveys.
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping using Excel.
Travel to various locations within South Birmingham.
The Customer Care Advisor will need the following experience:
Proven face-to-face customer service experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Excel for data input.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Experience of working in the housing sector.
