Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Credit Supervisor for a flourishing organisation in Bridgend.
The Role:
As the Credit Manager you'll lead a small, dynamic team and take ownership of the credit control function. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the credit control team and ensuring smooth operations.
2. Managing debt collection and reducing aged debt.
3. Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
4. Producing reports for senior management.
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Credit insurance renewals
About You:
6. Proven experience in credit control, ideally in a supervisory role.
7. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
8. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
9. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
10. Good process improvement experience.
Based in in Bridgend
Hybrid working three days in the office.
