The Role
In this dynamic entry-level role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and commercial strategy. You will not just be "selling boxes"; you will be a strategic consultant helping brands navigate the shift toward a circular economy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consultative Selling: Identify customer pinch points and recommend bespoke, technical print and complex laminated structures.
* Manage and Grow: existing B2B accounts through proactive outreach (phone, email, digital platforms) and respond to inbound enquiries.
* Monitor and drive customer sales performance against agreed KPIs
* Negotiate pricing, building orders to maximise benefit for both customer and TCL along with delivery schedules which suit customer needs.
* Sustainability Leadership: Advise clients on recyclability, material reduction, and compliance with the 2026Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)fees.
* Project Management: Collaborate with R&D and design teams to take projects from initial concept through to final production utilising our full ERP & CRM systems.
* Digital Mastery: Utilise AI-augmented tools for market research and personalized customer outreach.
Who You Are
* Education: A recent degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Science, Business, or Packaging Design.
* Technically minded: Eager to master a modern technical sales approach learning the solution to challenges the customer is experiencing with their current packaging.
* Problem Solver: A curious mind with the ability to troubleshoot technical hurdles during pre-sales and trials.
* Travel-Ready: Possession of a valid driving license to conduct customer visits and represent us at UK-based exhibitions and industry events
