The ideal candidate will be a native Malay speaker fluent in English or Mandarin, possessing over 10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality or elite household management. This role requires not only exceptional leadership skills to inspire and coordinate our dedicated team but also profound functional expertise in the art of private houses management / butler services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Coordination: Build, lead, and inspire a talented team of household staff, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to service. Guide the team in upholding the highest standards, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed. Set up relevant SOPs to maintain "minimum acceptable standards".
* Exemplary Butlership: Oversee the execution of exquisite meals and sophisticated events, ensuring every service reflects elegance and refinement, adhering to the finest standards of etiquette.
* Daily Management: Manage household daily operations, develop systems for efficient management, and enhance the living experience for family and guests.
* Dining and Service Management: Create dining plans, coordinate culinary activities, and manage dining supplies. Ensure exemplary service during meals and special occasions.
* Event Planning: Organize family events and gatherings, paying attention to décor and guest management to ensure memorable occasions.
* Support for Family Members: Anticipate needs, manage calendars and travel, and provide personalized support. Travel with the family as required.
* Communication and Coordination: Maintain harmony among household staff and external partners, proactively addressing issues and fostering trust.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 10+ years in high-end hospitality or luxury household management, with leadership and functional expertise.
* Native Malay speaker fluent in English / Mandarin.
* Strong commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Candidates with less experience but great potential will also be considered for the Butler position as a starting role.
