If so, we have the ideal role for you We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Enquiry Viewings Coordinator to support our energetic Property Consultants in exceeding market appraisals, instructions, and sales targets.
We are looking for a positive team player with a customer-focused mindset, ideally with experience in estate agency or property sales. Familiarity with property regulations and the conveyancing process is a plus.
You will need strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform accurately under pressure. Join us and make a real impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment

You will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes while supporting our team in hitting ambitious sales targets. Your Impact:
* Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact for vendors and potential buyers, handling enquiries and setting up viewing appointments.
* Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate with Property Consultants, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared for each viewing.
* Feedback Collection: Follow up with viewers to gather and relay feedback to sellers, helping to refine our approach and enhance client satisfaction.
* Cross-Selling: Maximise viewing opportunities by suggesting alternative properties when necessary.
* Data Management: Keep our sales system updated with all viewing-related information to track progress from interest to sale.
* Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries into viewings, driving our sales momentum forward.
