Area Team Manager Permanent £53,460 – £56,533 per annum (subject to 25/26 Pay Review) 37 hours per week Lead a High-Performing Development Management Team We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Team Manager to lead teams within our Development Management service. You will manage a team of Planners and specialists, focusing on performance, leadership, and service improvement rather than carrying your own caseload. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, extensive Development Management experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality planning services. We’re better together. Have extensive Development Management experience, including rural and major urban projects. Have strong leadership and people-management skills. Be able to motivate teams and drive performance.
