In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!
Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £12.66 per hour. You can also boost your earnings further with enhanced overtime for those special occasions!
All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That’s a great deal!

So what do we need from you?
You don’t need previous experience to join our friendly team—just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will support you!
Driving Licence Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

Hourly pay details:
Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate)
Evening Premium (from 6pm)
Sunday Day Premium
Sunday Evening Premium
Overtime rates for Monday to Saturday (Day and Evening shifts)
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 00:00. Shift details will be provided up to 13 weeks in advance, and your pattern will be discussed during the application process.
Pay Structure: Paid weekly, every 4 weeks, based on a monthly schedule—please consider this when applying.
