Job Description
**MONDAY - FRIDAY 6am till 2pm**
You’re probably not job hunting.
You’re just tired.
Tired of carrying broken sites.
Tired of being the one who actually cares.
Tired of fixing the same faults every month because nobody ever invests.
Tired of being told “just keep it running” with no parts, no planning and no support.
That’s usually the moment engineers start listening.
This role isn’t about jumping ship. It’s about stepping into a better setup.
A site where maintenance isn’t treated like the emergency service. Where planned work actually gets planned. Where safety is more than posters on a wall. Where leadership understands that good engineering is what keeps production alive.
You’ll be stepping into a working supervisor role. Still hands-on. Still technical. But finally with authority to organise work properly, lead a small team, control standards and stop the constant firefighting cycle.
You’ll be dealing with real mechanical, electrical and instrumentation kit. You’ll be involved in installs, reliability improvements and fault finding that actually gets solved — not bodged.
And the big one: you won’t be...
