Join Creative Support in delivering a nighttime crisis prevention service for individuals with mental health conditions in Liverpool City Centre. We partner with Liverpool City Council, local police, and crisis teams.
Service Overview
Operating from 6pm every day, our service aims to reduce hospitalisations, A&E and police dependency. We use a social model of support, providing de‑escalation and empowerment for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide practical and emotional support to service users in crisis.
* Identify opportunities to enhance independence and confidence.
* Work in a recovery‑focused, risk‑managed manner aligned with individual plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience supporting people with mental health needs.
* Warm, person‑centred approach, able to work under high stress.
* Valid driving licence and access to a car (beneficial).
* Flexibility to work on rota to meet service demands.
This position is part‑time, 21 hours a week.
