Your new role
This role holds full ownership of the UK financial business, acting as the strategic andmercial partner to the Managing Director while safeguarding financial integrity,ernance, and long‑term value creation.
1. Executive‑level accountability for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and financial strategy
2. Key voice on the UK leadership team, shapingmercial and operational decisions
3. Lead long‑term planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
4. Ownernance, controls, banking relationships and statutorypliance
5. Drive working‑capital discipline in a fast‑moving, cash‑intensive trading environment
What You'll Need To Succeed
6. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
7. 10–15+ years’ experience in FMCG, beverages, orplex trading environments
8. Proven track record ofmercial business partnering at senior level
9. Strong expertise in UK regulatory, tax andpliance frameworks
10. Confident, credible leader with the ability to challenge and influence executives
