As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Data and AI programmes for enterprise customers operating complex SAP estates.
This is an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers and delivery teams on strategic transformation initiatives across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager at Kagool, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data and AI solutions. You will work closely with customers to shape delivery plans, coordinate technical teams, manage risks and ensure successful outcomes across complex cloud and SAP environments.
You will play a critical role in bridging business objectives with technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to customer expectations.
The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery expertise with a solid understanding of modern data platforms, AI solutions, cloud technologies and SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of enterprise Data and AI programmes for customers across multiple industries
* Manage complex projects involving SAP data integration, modern cloud platforms and advanced analytics solutions
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, cloud architects, AI specialists and business stakeholders
* Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reporting and governance processes
* Manage customer expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
* Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, steering committees and delivery reviews
* Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality standards
* Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies and technical challenges
* Support pre-sales and solution shaping activities where required
* Collaborate with technical leads to ensure scalable and supportable solution delivery
* Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and project governance
Required Experience & SkillsEssential
* Proven experience delivering enterprise Data and AI projects as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or similar role
* Strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics and AI/ML delivery approaches
* Experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Experience working with enterprise SAP environments including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW or SAP Datasphere
* Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and hybrid project delivery models
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across enterprise organisations
* Experience managing distributed technical teams and third-party vendors
* Strong organisational, planning and risk management capabilities
* Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and delivery reporting
Desirable
* Experience delivering SAP data modernisation or migration programmes
* Understanding of modern data architectures including lakehouse, data warehouse and streaming platforms
* Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric or BigQuery
* Knowledge of AI and Generative AI solution delivery
* Experience working within consultancy or professional services environments
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Azure or GCP certifications
