ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Cardo Group are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Call Centre Advisor to join our team based in the Kingston upon Thames area.
As an Apprentice Call Centre Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while gaining practical experience and formal qualifications.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, or live chat. While working in a professional environment, you’ll learn essential communication, problem-solving, and IT skills. Training and mentoring will be provided as part of the apprenticeship programme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Customer Interaction: Answering calls, emails, and web chats from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance.
* Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
* Information Provision: Offering clear and helpful advice, product information, and guidance.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, logging requests, and updating information.
* Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
* Administrative Tasks: Handling orders and performing other administrative duties to support the team.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
* Educational Background: 5 GCSEs (A-C or 4-9) including English and Maths, plus additional qualifications such as A Levels, BTEC, or T Level.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Customer Focus: A passion for providing excellent customer service coupled with a positive attitude.
* Problem Solving: The ability to analyse situations and find effective solutions.
* Organisation: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
* Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft office software packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
