Oliver Sanderson is partnered with a leading Construction organisation to source an Interim HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and adaptable HR generalist to step in and provide critical support across both corporate and operational functions.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting managers, and driving improvements to people practices while covering an important gap within the team.
Areas of focus:
* Lead recruitment into key roles
* Drive performance and talent management
* Build and maintain employee relations
* Coach managers on people practices and employment law
* Support training and career development
* Manage ER cases, disciplinaries, and absence
* Support restructuring and change programmes
Skills & Experience:
* CIPD qualified or working towards
* Broad HR generalist experience
* Strong grasp of employment law
* Confident communicator and influencer
* Able to build relationships at all levels
* Organised, resilient, and adaptable
* Strong people management skills
Role details:
* Salary: £230 per day (inside IR35)
* Contract: Temporary (3-6 months, could roll over)
* Working Pattern: Hybrid
* Location: Based in Horley, with travel to depots in Epsom, Godstone, and St Marys Cray
