Job Summary
Competitive salary plus commission (12 month maternity cover). Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. The role involves supporting the home to increase occupancy through sales and marketing strategies, including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile, and networking with the local community.
Responsibilities
* Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
* Maintain and improve the home’s digital and community presence.
* Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and drive conversion.
* Analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM to inform sales performance and identify opportunities.
* Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
* Maintain a contacts database and engage with residents and relatives to understand their needs.
* Represent Barchester and the care home in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide information and welcoming tours to potential new residents.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
* Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
* Interpersonal and professional qualities.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
* Full UK driving licence.
