The FS division also includes TMA and Direct Life. We are keen to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance (reporting to our Chief Finance Officer) in what is a key role in our growing business. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance professional to contribute to the success of our Financial Services Division by ensuring optimum outcomes for the business. The role is hybrid and will be based partly out of our HQ site on the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull Role Purpose: To oversee the provision of commercial analysis to senior management & the executive board. To support the business in understanding & controlling performance including sales pipeline performance, departmental spend, gross profit & margin, labour spend, development & investment capex. Responsibilities to include: Business partner FS Exec & management team Ensure ownership & accountability of key stakeholders Production & delivery of budgets/forecasts Creation of operational plan alongside key stakeholders Sales business partner Trading updates Management accounts Cost centre reporting Investment & development spend Analysis of commercial data Support on investment opportunities Oversea FP&A Manager & associated activities Skills & Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience of working in financial services industry preferable Business partnering at all levels including senior management Proactive and positive change agent Communicate complicated information to a wide range of audiences Composure under pressure and experience of managing in challenging and pressured circumstances A team player who can work with stakeholder in other functions to achieve objectives.
