Join our team as a Parts Advisor and become an essential part of a reputable automotive dealership based in Letchworth Garden City. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to thrive within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth parts operations, supporting workshops, and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Duties:
16. Liaise daily with external customers, workshop technicians, and sales teams to ensure parts availability and delivery deadlines are met
17. Manage and distribute parts orders from customers and internal departments
18. Respond promptly to internal and external parts enquiries, providing exceptional customer service
19. Deliver parts to the workshop and maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock movements
20. Prepare purchase orders, invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes, and all relevant documentation
21. Handle, protect, and package parts, inspecting incoming and outgoing stock to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
22. Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is essential
23. Knowledge of Peugeot vehicles would be advantageous
24. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
25. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
26. Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
27. A UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
