Their Oxford studio is home to a collaborative team of urban designers, landscape architects, planners, and environmental consultants, working together to create people-focused, sustainable, and inspiring places across the UK.
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior / Principal Landscape Architect with 2–5 years’ experience to play a key role in shaping innovative landscape and urban design projects. You will contribute to all RIBA stages, from concept design through to delivery, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. The role offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, with the potential to manage projects independently and mentor junior team members.
Key responsibilities
* Leading and contributing to the design and delivery of landscape, public realm, and masterplanning projects.
* Producing high-quality graphics, drawings, and presentations to clearly communicate design ideas.
* Collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
* Supporting business development through client engagement and relationship building.
* Contributing to a creative and supportive studio environment.
About You / Qualifications
* Strong design skills supported by solid technical knowledge.
* Excellent graphic communication skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and ideally Revit.
* Experience working across all RIBA stages.
* Confidence in client-facing roles and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
* CMLI status (or working towards it).
* A full UK driving licence.
